RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with original tags attached purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase to the original form of payment.
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We apologize for any unexpected events with your order. Please send pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to sales@topog.com. If possible, we will replace the item or refund the item total.
Any item purchased outside of topog.com, Any items purchased in store cannot be returned via this method. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your order.
